This became a sort of viral earth conscious campaign to make people aware of how much energy we are using overall. The thought of changing the world can seem overwhelming but by breaking it down to an hour, it shows what we can all do in a very simple way of just turning out the lights. Most of us want to keep the luxuries in our life and don’t want to feel like we have to give up everything to save the world. Well we don’t, but we do need to modify and be aware of what we do on a daily basis that can reduce something simple in our home as our power bills.
